30 Day refund
If you wish to return an item you have purchased from Holland Horticulture, please contact our Mailorder department on 0845 872 0572* within 30 days, state your reason for wanting an exchange or refund (unless otherwise stated), and we’ll instruct you on how to return your item to us, which must be unused and in its original packaging.
Any item purchased online can also be returned, in person, to our Manchester store only. If this is not convenient, arrangements can be made for you to return the item to one of our other stores, but please contact our Mailorder department on 0845 872 0572* prior to travelling.
In the instance that you change your mind about the product you have ordered, then you the customer are responsible for the cost of return.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take extra care when packaging your order, but in the unfortunate event that your goods arrive damaged please contact our Mailorder department on 0845 872 0572* within 24 hours of delivery.
In the instance of a faulty or damaged item, then we Holland Horticulture are responsible for the cost of return.
Please read below for our returns policy on specific items:
Electrical items, such as ballasts and fans, come with a manufacturer’s warranty (1-5 years depending on manufacturer), faulty items will need to be tested prior to an exchange or refund being issued, and in some cases, the item may need to be returned to the manufacturer for further testing but this will be discussed with you when you contact our mail order department. Holland Horticulture cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused by you (the customer) through improper use or neglect.
If returning a faulty grow lamp, please ensure it’s in the original packaging as this includes vital information with need in order to issue an exchange. Lamps only offer a 6 month guarantee from date of purchase.
We’re afraid we CANNOT give an exchange or refund on ANY LIQUIDS, this includes all nutrients and supplements.
