Payment Information

Shopping online with Holland Horticulture couldn’t be easier as we offer the following ways to pay:

Credit/Debit Card

We accept all major credit and debit cards (excluding American Express) and all transactions are processed using a secure server via SagePay. Payments will appear on your bank statement as HHLTD.

Please note: When paying by credit card we can only ship to the card statement address.

PayPal

We also accept PayPal for online transactions, simply select this option at checkout and you’ll be transferred to PayPal to finalise the payment. For PayPal orders, we can only ship items to the account owners confirmed address.

Bank Transfer

You can also pay for your order by making a direct deposit to our bank account. Select the option for Bank Transfer at checkout, and then use the following details to make the deposit:

These payments can be made using online banking via your own bank account. Please also make sure the correct amount is paid to avoid any delays in your order being processed and dispatched. Please use your order number as payment reference

Payments using bank transfers CAN be delivered to any address within the UK.

Click & Collect

Pay online and collect in-store! In as little as under an hour*

You can now collect your order from 3 of our 4 stores. Click and Collect gives you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery and is available from Manchester, Huddersfield or Flint.


1. Click & Collect

To use Click & Collect simply select this option during the checkout at the delivery stage and select your desired store**.

2. We will email you

We will send you an email after your order has been placed confirming your order number. Once your order is ready, we will notify you as soon as possible on the email address provided and confirm that your Click & Collect order is ready for collection***. Please note this may take up to 3 days and there are any stock issues we will be in touch.

3. Collect your order

To collect your order please bring confirmation of your order number with you and photo ID, once verified we will ask you to sign for your order.
