Your satisfaction is important to us at Holland Hydroponics as we always aim to provide the best hydroponic products and service to all our customers.
If however you are not completely satisfied with any item you have purchased from Holland Hydroponics, please contact our Mailorder department on 0800 038 7100 within 30 days, state your reason for wanting an exchange or refund (unless otherwise stated), and we’ll instruct you on how to return your item to us, which must be unused and in its original packaging.
Any item purchased online can also be returned, in person, to our Manchester store only. If this is not convenient, arrangements can be made for you to return the item to one of our other stores, but please contact our Mailorder department on 0800 038 7100 prior to travelling.

Electrical items, such as ballasts and fans, come with a manufacturers warranty (1-5 years depending on manufacturer), faulty items will need to be tested prior to an exchange or refund being issued, and in some cases, the item may need to be returned to the manufacturer for further testing. Holland Hydroponics cannot be held responsible for any damaged caused by you (the customer) through improper use or neglect.
If returning a faulty grow lamp, please ensure its in the original packaging as this includes vital information with need in order to issue an exchange.
We’re afraid we CANNOT give an exchange or refund on ANY LIQUIDS, this includes all nutrients and supplements.
