Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Our on-line catalogue, price list, terms and conditions are always subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods to any person. We will not be held responsible for losses incurred by not receiving goods that are not in stock.

Holland Hydroponics only ship goods to the cardholder's address. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we ship to 3rd party addresses for your own card security. Our couriers will not leave parcels without them being signed for at the delivery address. Please do not ask us to leave parcels, again due to card security. In case of difficulty please contact us and ask about evening and Saturday deliveries, which will incur an extra charge.

Shipping And Handling For England, Wales and Scotland we charge £8.95 up to 20kg plus £0.28 for every kilo above 20Kg.

For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland,Isles of Man Scilly and Wight please contact our staff for a quote

For Ireland (Eire) we charge £33.95 up to 10kg plus £1.85 for every kilo above 10Kg.

PLEASE NOTE: Holland Hydroponics will only ship goods to the cardholders address - under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we ship to 3rd party addresses.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in five business days .

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

These terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights. Faulty lamps (bulbs) will only be exchanged if returned with original OUTER wrapper. Faulty electrical items will be collected and returned free of charge. All lighting units are tried and tested twice before leaving our premises
