Our prices and terms and conditions are always subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods to any person. We will not be held responsible for losses incurred by not receiving goods that are not in stock. We will try to contact you in that event, but please indicate with your order if you do or do not want replacement of out-of-stock items with equivalent brands of equal value.

Holland Hydroponics only ship goods to the cardholder's address. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we ship to 3rd party addresses for your own card security. Our couriers will not leave parcels without them being signed for at the delivery address. Please do not ask us to leave parcels, again due to card security. In case of difficulty please contact us and ask about evening and Saturday deliveries, which will incur an extra charge.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we always aim to provide the best service and products possible. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you have bought from us return it to us unused and in the original packaging and condition in which you received it with the receipt within 30 days of purchase and ask for a full refund.

All our electrical and digital items have a manufacturers guarantee, faulty items may have to be referred to the manufacturer for inspection before a new product is given out. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by you (the customer). Faulty lamps (bulbs) will only be exchanged if returned with original OUTER wrapper. All electrical products come with a one to five year manufacturers guarantee, please contact Holland Hydroponics on 0845 8720569 for the exact guarantee on any product. Faulty electrical items will be collected and returned free of charge. All lighting units are tried and tested twice before leaving our premises.

Remittance terms: All goods remain the property of Holland Hydroponics until paid for in full. We do not offer a credit facility.

These terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights.

Privacy

Holland Hydroponics take your privacy protection very seriously. We will only contact you (by email, phone or letter) to clear up card, product or delivery details, to reply to your questions by email or because you have given your consent to receiving our email bulletin. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter your details will not be retained. We only ask for your personal details for credit card processing and correct addresses for delivery. Goods will not be delivered to any address other than the registered address of the card holder. All orders are sent out in plain new boxes where possible or plain packaging.

Your details will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1998). Your details will only be seen by those staff processing the order. We never sell or reveal your personal details (whether emails, card details, addresses or purchases) to any other businesses. We do not analyse or track visits to our website.
