Yes that’s right - Holland Hydroponics 'Express', a new concept in Hydroponic shopping, comes to Huddersfield in January 2012.
What is “Express”?
The 'Express' concept is designed with speed and convenience in mind. Based on a trade counter, rather than a full shop display, the Hollands Express experience will mean you can get the products you need and be in and out in a jiffy! (Excuse the pun).
With minimal products on display, the 'Express' store is mainly designed for extra speed and ease, for those who know exactly what they want. In addition to ordering over the counter, you will also be able to place your order online or over the phone, and we will pack your order and have it ready for when you arrive.
· Quicker shopping times
· Order beforehand (either online or over the phone) and collect at your convenience
· Still offering the same level of advice and knowledge through our customer hotline, free to use in-store
How will I know what stock is available at the Express store?
There are a number of ways to check that we stock an item at the Express store:
· Online – by clicking the “Express” tab on the left hand side of the homepage
· By phone – call us on 0845 872 0580 or FREE on 0800 038 7100
· Call in-store – look through our in-store “Express” catalogue for more info or speak to one of our staff at Huddersfield
Can I still order products that are not in stock at the Express store?
YES, absolutely. You can do one of the following:
· Order online – simply reserve and collect to pick up at Huddersfield (please leave your details so we can contact you when it is there!)
· By phone – call us on 0845 872 0580 or FREE on 0800 038 7100
· Call in-store – order in-store to collect at a later time
PLEASE NOTE: There will be a short waiting time if the product you want is not in stock.
