General Terms and Conditions
Our prices, products and terms and conditions are always subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods to any person. We will not be held responsible for losses incurred by not receiving goods that are not in stock. We will try to contact you in that event, but please indicate with your order if you do or do not want replacement of out-of-stock items with equivalent brands of equal value.
Holland Hydroponics only ship goods to the card holder's address or the confirmed address in your PayPal account. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we ship to third party addresses for your own card security. Our couriers will not leave parcels without them being signed for at the delivery address ONLY. Please do not ask us to leave parcels, again due to card security. In case of difficulty please contact us and ask about morning and Saturday deliveries, which will incur an extra charge.
The courier we use will attempt delivery twice. If you miss the delivery please give us a call to arrange a redelivery on 0845 872 0572. We reserve the right to charge for any redeliveries if you are not present at the delivery address on the delivery date stated in your confirmation email. You may also call to schedule a delivery for a specific day if needed.
If you have chosen standard delivery your parcel could arrive on the specified delivery day at anytime from 8.00am - 6.00pm (delivery date can be found in the confirmation shipped order email).
Mail order customers will be automatically signed up to our Aqua Loyalty Scheme and will receive copies of the bi-monthly eflyer advertising our exclusive Aqua Scheme offers. Your personal details will not be shared with third parties.
Holland Hydroponics only ship to Mainland England, Scotland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isles of Man, Wight and Scilly, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
These terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights.
