Our Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us and we always aim to provide the best service and products possible. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you have bought from us, return it to us unused and in the original packaging and condition in which you received it with the receipt within 30 days of purchase and ask for a full refund. Once checked by a member of staff you will then have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a full amount refund.
A refund will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. All liquids are excluded from our 30 day returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected
All of our electrical and digital items have a manufacturer’s guarantee; faulty items may have to be referred to the manufacturer for inspection before a new product is given out. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by you (the customer). Faulty lamps (bulbs) will only be exchanged if returned with original OUTER wrapper. All electrical products come with a one to fi ve year manufacturer’s guarantee, please contact Holland Hydroponics on 0845 872 0569 for the exact guarantee on any product. We operate an exchange policy, please contact us for full details. All lighting units are tried and tested twice before leaving our premises.
