Standard Delivery – Only £5.95
Standard delivery covers mainland UK ONLY. Providing your goods are in stock, we aim to have our orders despatched within 2-3 working days (Except Bank Holidays). You will receive an email confirming your order has been despatched, it will be delivered the next working day. If you place a small order then we can send it via Royal Mail Recorded delivery although this can take up to 5 working days for your order to reach you. Please call 0845 872 0572 if you would prefer this delivery method.
Please be aware of heavy items (see the heavy items icon)...
Ordering bulky or heavy items of some products may incur an extra charge, this will be calculated in the checkout process once you have selected the 'delivery' option. Look out for the 'Heavy Item' icon in the product listing.
Multiple Items
Ordering multiple items of some products may incur an extra charge that is not calculated by the website. If you are placing a large order, especially with bulky or heavy items, please phone us and a member of staff will be able to tell you how much it will be for carriage. We always try to keep the carriage as low as possible.
Morning Delivery and urgent orders...
Only available in England, Wales, Southern and Central Scotland. If you would prefer to have your delivery made in the morning, please specify when you make your order. There is a delivery surcharge of £5.00 for this service. However, we cannot be held responsible if the courier does not deliver in the specified time slot.
If your order is urgent please phone us on 0845 872 0572 and we will advise you when we can get it to you and do our best to get it to you quickly. If you want to order but don't want the items sent immediately (if you are going on holiday but want the goods when you return, for example) please phone us on 0845 872 0572 to arrange a day for delivery.
Collect from your local courier depot – Only £5.00 extra...
If paying by cash, postal orders or bank deposit you can arrange to collect your order from the courier depot for an extra £5.00. We cannot accept credit cards or cheques for this service. All you need to do is collect the order is a reference number from us.
Scottish Highlands,Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isles of Man, Scilly and Wight, from £20.00 extra...
A surcharge is necessary due to extra delivery costs. This will be a maximum of £20.00 as well as the normal cost of delivery (£5.95). For Eire, a £25.00 surcharge applies. For small items (less than 1kg) we may be able to send them via Royal Mail Recorded delivery to save you a lot of money on delivery, although this can take up to 5 working days for your order to reach you. Please call 0845 872 0572 if you would prefer this delivery method.

Saturday Delivery - Only £25.00 extra...
Only available in England, Wales, Southern and Central Scotland. Delivery is before 12 noon. This option incurs an extra charge of £25.00. Please be aware for Saturday delivery orders need to be placed before 6.00pm on Thursday.
Please Note:
We only send goods to UK and the Republic of Ireland.
All parcels must to be signed for by someone at the delivery address.
The courier we use will attempt delivery once. If you miss the delivery please give us a call to arrange a chargeable redelivery on 0845 872 0572.
